It's all about the he said, she said bullshit

I think you better quit talking that shit. Popular song at the moment that speaks so much truth. Here we have two different opinions and perspectives on what is going on. And you know what? Those are the two perspectives that matter. Read on. I dare ya.

Too many times a friend will come to you and tell you about what's going on in their world. Sometimes good, sometimes bad. When it's the bad, that helps to define how much of a friend you really are. How long you stick around to listen, et al.

So, a friend comes to me via two means. In person and through our beloved web site. He tells me about the perils of boy meets girl, boy gets girl, boy loses girl. It's how things work and fortunately for said friend, he understands that shit happens.

He thoroughly explains his perspective and understanding on how things worked out. He feels that he was shafted in the whole process. Thus he is pissed.

Therefore, he publishes his feelings for how things happened and why it eats him up. That is procisely what this site is for. TO RANT! It's a rant site.

Now, the girl in the issue I have never met. Talked to her once on the phone for a brief moment. Seems nice enough. Plus, said friend likes her a lot. So, she must not be too bad.

Having not met her, the only way for me to hear her side of the story is for her to submit it via our open forum. Wait, let's look at that a little closer to make sure we understand what I just said. OPEN FORUM. Meaning, it is your perogative to write what you want. We as admins will deem whether it is appropriate for publication. And said girl got everything she wrote published in order to get her side out.

WRITERS NOTE: We, as editors/admins of this site did save you from the whacked out lesbian theory someome sent in. Had it been published, I myself would have killed it just because it was idiotic ramblings with no basis on reality. Anyhoo...

She claims that this was all a friendship thing. Cool. That's fine. Let's a fella be free to chase all the tail he wants without possible ramifications by said female. She thusly has no right to bitch about him having stink finger when they go do lunch.

She also claims that he knew. Well, pretty pretty. I hate to make this known to you, but when we discussed this several times, he was under the understanding that you were more than friends, or at least moving in that direction. Thus, man misunderstands womans intentions due to lack of actually telling said man that said woman had no interest in a romantic committment at this juncture herein.

It's no ones fault. I am not pointing fingers at anyone, caused frankly, it's all about putting it to rest and moving into whatever direction it takes you. All this bickering is way unneccessary. Can't we all just get it on, err get along?

BTW, no gas, no grass, no spam...
