Have you ever had those days where stupid ass people call? (this is for those phone techs in the house) Well, it just happens to be one of those days. A call comes in, I say "Thank you for calling (XXX) Network Customer Support may I get your name please?" He says: "how 'bout my login" I think to myself, "Okay.. so this is a dialup cust calling about sumpthin.. but before I transfer him, I'll give him a chance."

Okay, "Sir, what is the domain name associated with this account?" he responds, I search for it. Great! it's not in our database. Okay, sir is this a new account, he says "Yes, it was just set up yesterday". To cut to the chase, 20 effing MINUTES later, he finally says, " oh, so your routing table is correct? I guess it's my NT box that isn't accepting the routes". He then says: "Okay, I'll fix it and call you back." I'm thinking to myself, wow the stat's would look good, however, DON'T CALL ME BACK IF IT WORKS!

I somehow feel like the bastard operator from hell. Can you see where my networking inspiration comes from? If I had access to his authoritative name server, I'd remove his friggin zone files just for being an idiot.
